With Kaboul coming back Gallas was unlikely to get a look in, and some of his performances last season in the Europa League left a lot to be desired, so it's probably best for everyone.

Bostock is a sad case of promise and talent never fulfilling itself, much like David Bentley who's downfall should be used as a warning to all young players whose ego and desire to party rather than perform is getting the better of them.

On a side note, I still think Arshavin could do a job in the PL and on a free!! Worth a punt?
